What do you need?

All requests close at 9:30 PM daily (Riyadh time).
Use the Saudi mobile number registered with the residence office (e.g. 05XXXXXXXX).
Cleaning requests are taken from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM. This is a preferred time and we will confirm it with you.
Door battery replacement is free. Available from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Drinking water 5L - SAR 10 per bottle. Delivery from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
SAR 700 per day - venue only, no services included. 10:00 AM to 12:00 midnight. Please book at least the day before. Reception will confirm availability for your date. Disturbance is strictly prohibited.
Your apartment number is recorded with this registration.
Coffee orders are open 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM and closed all day Wednesday. Orders are for now only.
Required. Please tell us whether someone will be in the apartment at the requested service time.
